I had a fantastic experience with Cameron, the owner of the kite shop. He has a great selection of equipment and gave me excellent, very knowledgeable advice. He was also extremely accommodating, which made the whole process even better. One of the biggest advantages was the opportunity to test the gear on the spot before buying it — something you simply don’t get online. Furthermore, the prices were great and very competitive with online retailers.

Excellent teachers and customer experience. Garron had a fantastic style and really made me feel comfortable and safe. We checked everything together and he kept testing my knowledge and telling me when I did well, which helped me to feel that I was in very good and experienced hands. The conditions were really challenging but I never felt like I couldn’t handle it. Thanks for making my kiting experience a great one. I’ll be back ASAP

With no doubt, they are one of the best companies with a “customer first” approach! I’ve bought my first two kites here and a bar at very good prices.
As we were waiting for a kite in the color I’ve chosen, Cameron gave me another kite (different color) so I could use it for a few days 😍

Good service is scarce. And if you come across a company that provides excellent service, it is worth bragging about.
They delivered at my house exactly almost on the click of the checkout.

I am really impressed with the service at this watersports shop. They not only are incredibly keen to help and size you up with the right gear but also bend over backward to find stock and even offered to deliver it. This is really service above and beyond. Also, they have a great selection of all things watersport with an impeccable website full of stock. Well done to the owners and staff. Keep it up. We will be back.

Did the foiling lessons. Brilliant training. With each mistake, a lesson / principle is taught and illustrated by the instructor. Within 30 mins my brother and i were up on a foil behind the boat.
