Slingshot Era V1 Kiteboard Features

• High Modulus Carbon Construction: Built from a blend of  -30/+30 high modulus carbon fiber. From tip tp tip provides explosive pop and trick propulsion in an incredibly lightweight and strong package.
• Singleshot Fusion Sidewall: We’ve transferred the same technology found in high durometer urethane skateboard wheels into the rail of all our boards.  Our innovative manufacturing process literally infuses the rail into the board cores in one single shot, producing unrivaled dampening and durability.
• Atomic Wood Core: Sustainably grown Paulownia gives the lively, springy character that Slingshot boards are famous for.  Vertically laminated construction harnesses the collective strength of the wood’s grain and provides strength, durability, and consistent flex over the life of the board.
• Carbon Bedrock Inserts: Light, flexible and durable inserts that maintain the board’s flex underfoot for a consistent feel from tip and tail.
• Max Edge Rail: Is a design concept that gives you added grip without added drag. The downturned edges closer to the tips of the board will give you extra grip t be able to hold down more power for those massive boosts.
• Duralite Base: The 0.2mm base material has the perfect strength-to-weight ratio offering lightweight performance in a strong and durable package.
• X-Core Nucleus: The stiffest board in the Slingshot lineup features the x-Core Nucleus carbon construction. This multi-axial carbon layup stiffens the belly but allows the tip and tail to flex giving you a more predictable ride with the ultimate performance.
• Full-Length Double Concave Hull: This provides the smoothest on-water riding experience. The spine of the double concave is the first thing to touch the water after a jump, and this is what breaks the surface tension of the water and provides buttery soft landings.
• Angled Fins: Featuring angled fins which enhance grip in the water, resulting in improved upwind performance, increased pop and higher jumps.
