Description
The layup of the Hope Craft V3 makes this board truly special. Designed from nearly a decade of foil board craftsmanship, it combines carbon, glass, a wood stringer, and two PVC stringers to create the stiffest ride possible without the typical weight penalty. The generous nose volume and pronounced rocker make touchdowns effortless, even on the 80cm and 90cm models. The V3’s beveled rails have been straightened, allowing water to flow cleanly along the bottom rather than around the board. For enhanced grip and connection, the corduroy deck pad and kick pad provide a secure and responsive feel underfoot. All of these features combine to give you the most direct connection to your foil.
Slingshot Hope Craft V3 Foil Board Features:
- MAX VOLUME NOSE: We built and placed more volume in the nose on the Hope Craft to aid in recoveries on touchdowns and water starts. This added volume will make learning and mastering new tricks easier.
- PRO STIFFNESS CORE: The stiffest core we make! We implemented both wood and PVC stringers and a new beefed-up glass layup. This results in little to no flex when the board is under pressure during turns or charging upwind.
- BEVELED RAILS: Beveled rails prevent the board from grabbing the water when you touch down, which allows you to skip off the water and keep going instead of grinding to a halt.
- CORDUROY EVA: Super-soft EVA features a corduroy texture that provides tons of grip (and is as pleasing to your feet as it is to the eye).
OUT-THE-BACK ADJUSTABLE FOIL TRACK MOUNT: The adjustable mount allows you to slide your foil forward and aft on your board to fine-tune how it feels and performs based on your size, ability, and personal preference. *not included on the 120cm
